    Ingredients:

    Beef Ligament 2000g

    3 pieces of grass fruit, 4 pieces of star anise, 5g of Chinese pepper,

    5g of Shannai, 5g of cinnamon, 5g of hawthorn

    Chili powder 150g. doubanjiang 200g. Garlic 100g. Ginger 80g.

    Light soy sauce 10g. dark soy sauce 10g.Chinese Pepper powder 3g.

    Five-spice powder 3g.White sugar 5g. Salt 10g. Rapeseed oil 500ml

    step:

    1. Wash and blanch beef Ligament.

    2. The garlic and ginger are crushed and set aside.

    3. Put grass fruit, star anise, Chinese pepper, cassia bark, hawthorn into the ingredient package, put it in the pressure cooker together with the beef Ligament, add water and simmer for 90 minutes.

    4. Let the stewed beef Ligament cool and tear them into silk.

    配料:

    牛板筋2000g

    草果3颗.八角4颗.花椒5g.山奈5g.桂皮5g.山楂5g

    辣椒粉150g.豆瓣酱200g. 大蒜100g. 姜80g.

    生抽10g. 老抽10g. 花椒粉3g.五香粉3g.

    白砂糖5g. 盐10g.菜籽油500ml

    步骤:

    1.牛板筋清洗、焯水.

    2.大蒜、姜打成碎泥备用。

    3.将草果3颗.八角4颗.花椒5g.山奈5g.桂皮5g.山楂5g装入配料包,与牛板筋一起放入高压锅,加水炖90分钟。

    4.将炖好的牛板筋放凉后,撕成丝。

    5.锅中加入菜油,将牛板筋炸脆,捞出备用。

    6.将大蒜、姜、豆瓣酱、辣椒粉先后倒入锅中,炒拌1分钟;倒入炸好的牛板筋,加入生抽、老抽、白砂糖、花椒粉、五香粉和盐,充分拌匀。
