  1. 上海的面 最没有质量可言,全是用重味掩盖, 不是上海这边做不好,生活节奏决定了 吃面只是为了应付快节奏生活,食材也都不是好料,因为上海本地不产生食材,房价高又分摊到了各行各业,所以在上海做不出可以具有代表性的面店, 上海的面基本靠拢苏州面系
