Recipe:
PLACE SCALLOPS IN COLD TAP WATER (25 MIN)
CLEAN SCALLOPS
MARINATE WITH SHAOXING WINE (1 TSP)
SALT (1/4 TSP)

SOAK GLASS NOODLES (20g – SOAK UNTIL SOFT)
CUT NOODLES SHORTER
BLANCH GLASS NOODLES (5 SECONDS)

PREPARE SAUCE
SOY SAUCE (2 TBSP)
ABALONE SAUCE (1 TSP)
SUGAR (1/2 TSP)
MIX WELL

COOKING OIL (100ml)
CHOPPED GARLIC (2 TBSP) FRY TILL GOLDEN BROWN
DRAIN OIL
ADD IN FRESH CHOPPED GARLIC (1 TBSP)
CHOPPED RED CHILI (1 TBSP)
MIX WELL
ARRANGE GLASS NOODLES ON EACH SHELL
PLACE SCALLOP AND GARLIC ON TOP
DRIZZLE WITH SAUCE
STEAM SCALLOPS (5~6 MIN)
ADD GREEN ONIONS
DRIZZLE HOT GARLIC OIL
READY TO SERVE .

Tho I will substitute the abalone sauce with oyster's since I don't have abalone's. I wonder why my scallops are much smaller than yours, tho.
