Homemade Wrapper
300g all-purpose flour
1/4tsp salt
180ml water

Pork and Chives Filling
750g pork mince
– 1/4 tsp salt
– white and black pepper
– 2 tbsp soy sauce
– 1 tbsp sesame oil (omit if you are using higher fat content pork mince)

150g garlic chives
50g green onion (optional)
1 knob of ginger
3 garlic cloves
– 3 tbsp hot oil
– 1/4 tsp salt
– white pepper
– 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
