Recipe is below:
PRAWN AND PORK DUMPLINGS
4 to 6 chopped prawns
4 tablespoons ground pork
2 teaspoon egg white
2 teaspoons chopped water chestnut
1/4 teaspoon chicken base
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon light soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
Combine ingredients and mix well. Cut edges of wonton wrapper to make a circle. You can also use Shanghai dumpling wrapper, which is already in a circle shape. Put 1 tablespoon of ingredient onto wrapper. Secure wrapper around the ingredients, leaving the top open. Add small piece of carrot and green onion on top of the dumpling for garnish. Put dumplings into pan with boiling water. Cover and steam for 7 to 10 minutes. Enjoy! .
