Delicious Chinese Cuisine served in an beautiful and unforgettable restaurant setting! This Hong Kong–style fare was undoubtedly some of the best ‘Chinese food’ I have ever had. I was blown away by the awesome food that came out of Ma’s kitchen, and it was a very enjoyable menu challenge!!

  4. Catching up on your vids and must absolutely say your food reviews and exposure are overtaking your capacity for eating mass quantities of food in the shortest time possible. Your enjoyment springs forth to entice the taste-buds of your audience. A divergence or an evolution? I entertain the latter.

    Do you think part of why you eat such large portions is how fast you eat? I know its been said if you eat faster you can “hold” more rather than if you ate slower/took breaks you would get fuller faster?

    This is also my experience. If i eat slowly (aka chew 10 times each bite) i get fuller faster. So yeah i live vicariously through you and Raina. I’m lucky to eat half the dish of the general tso’s let alone everything else on top.

  8. Properly cooked Peking Duck is a rare delicacy with the right amount of fat unrendered and the crunchy Glazed brown skin on a steamed bun with hoisin or plum sauce is heavenly…

  9. I love bamboo shoots we have a Chinese place here in Milwaukee Wisconsin and there are bamboo shoots in broccoli and beef with gravy and with some onions and it's awesome

  10. MA looked beautiful and their food looked just as good as the restaurant, Joel. You would've enjoyed the duck more if you ate them with the sauce, pancakes and green onion. Takes the fatiness of the duck away. I always get a kick of how you say "el dante" instead of "al dente" so cute! ?❤

  12. I honestly havent had good sea food. or maybe i just dont like it lol it looks damn good, but the flavors get me. somewhere out there ill find something i like in seafood, i hope

  17. Wow nice Chinese food! My fave is the Peking duck with the pancake, hoisin sauce & scallions! Don’t get me wrong I love all seafood like lobster, scallops, abalone, etc. The Chinese do know how to cook seafood! Everything looked amazing! ??????
