Mushroom Fried Rice and Gobi Manchurian is a great combo to pack for a lunch box for adults and kids as well. Mushroom Fried rice is made with minimum ingredients without using any sauce to keep it simple and healthy. Gobi Manchurian is altered slightly to make it more spicy and juicy to go well with the mushroom fried rice. Ingredients:
Mushroom Fried Rice (Serves 2)
Oil – 1 Tbsp
Green Chillies – 2
Garlic – 4 cloves
Onion – 1
Mushrooms – 50 to 100 g
Capsicum – 1/2 cup
Salt as required
Pepper Powder – 1/2 tsp
Cooked Rice – 2 Cups

Gobi Manchurian (Serves 3)
Cauliflower Florets – 20
Hot Water
Salt – 1tsp
Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp (optional)

For Gobi Fry:
Salt as required
Chilly Powder – 1 to 1.5 tsp
Cumin Powder – 1/2 tsp
Pepper Powder – 1/2 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tsp
Soy Sauce – 1 tsp
Tomato Sauce – 1 tsp
Corn flour – 3 Tbsp
All Purpose Flour – 1Tbsp
Oil for Frying

For Manchurian Semi-dry:
Oil – 1 Tbsp
Garlic – 5 cloves
Ginger – 2 inch
Green Chillies – 2
Onion – 1
Corn flour slurry – 1 tsp corn flour mixed in 100 ml water
Water – 250ml
Spring Onion
