I struggle, so you don’t have to. In this first part of the dumpling series, I make homemade dough and dumpling skins for the first time. It really sucked, probably because I suck at rolling dough.. but they did taste good. If you have a little patience and like to cook – do this. If you don’t, go buy a pack of pre-made dumpling wrappers.
Flour, water and salt.. easy!
