Another Freezer Meal Prep for you guys.. In the Video I am showing you how I make my Homemade Dumpling Filling, along with Homemade Dumpling wrappers. They are so easy to make & prepare, & they are good in the Freezer up to 6 Months.
This Easy & Simple Potstickers Recipe can be made in advance & store in the fridge for about 2 days, but remember to make them so that your filling don’t go bad, Or store the Filling in the Freezer up to 6 months…& the Potstickers dough will be good in the fridge up to a week, & in the Freezer for 3 months..

DUMPLING FILLING
RECIPE:

2 Lbs Pork Italian Sausage
2 Lbs Ground Chicken
1 Cup Green Onion
1-2 Cups Chopped Spinach
1/2 Cup of Bok Choy Chopped
1 1/2 Tbls Minced Garlic
2 Tbls Soy Sauce
2 Tbls Oyster Sauce
1 Tbls Fish Sauce
2 Tbls Sesame Oil
Seasonings of your Choice

DUMPLING WRAPPER
RECIPE:
3 Cups AP Flour
1 Tsp Salt
1/2 Cup of Water
(JUST A FYI PLEASE USE CORNSTARCH IN BETWEEN EACH WRAPPER & NOT AP FLOUR BECAUSE THE WRAPPERS WILL ABSORB THE FLOUR.. BUT NOT THE CORNSTARCH)
