I tried this recipe and it is good but you should cook the sauce first to thicken it, then toss with the chicken. The way the video shows makes the chicken lose its crispyness
Ok the directions are a little questionable..I'm confused because when I mix the potato starch. Flour. Egg and cooking wine. It doesn't mix
What kind of cooking wine does he use? Is it red? And what oil does he fry in?
I managed to cook this twice now. Followed the recipe to the dot just that the color is the problem, how can I make the sauce to be around orange to red? Any suggestions?
