What do you think?

  1. I was taught to brown on each side in dry skillet then add a bit of water to steam and lift all the pan bits as it finishes heating the dumplings through. Am I doing it wrong?

  2. I am such a fan of you guys! I love your recipes and your humor makes me laugh! Also, I love watching Claire eat. She’s not afraid to take big bites and it just makes my mouth water to see how she enjoys the food. Keep posting more recipes. I love cooking these!

  3. I’m so glad I can try dumplings again, and hoping they won’t sit in the freezer for 6 months. I’m desperate to find things I want to eat that are not take out, or cooking from scratch everyday! My last hope!

  4. OMG, you make me feel hungry, can you make a video how to make the spicy sauce that you show in the video? Cansamida. regards from Toronto.

  5. When ever you call Claire i think where are her cats? Lulu would steal the food out of her mouth lol.

  6. I used to follow instructions on the bag. A little water and oil in pan and cook covered for 7 minutes then take the cover off until all the water is gone. Now, I just steam them for about 8 minutes.

  7. One important tip I learned.
Use only non stick. They call them pot stickers for a reason. Lol I loved the tip about microwave, I didn't think it would work. Great ideas Aaron. 💖

  8. I am making dumplings today. Happy New Year!! I take my frozen dumplings and put sesame oil and vegetable in a pan but with a little water amd the dumplings. They steam but then they fry. I flip them a few times and then let them get crunchy on BOTH sides. Easy and so good!

  9. mmmmmmmm🤤…yummmmmm😋on this I'll trust you 😁😉 great video today👍👍👍👍 loved it💛❤💚

  10. They all look so good, and she made me hungry just watching her enjoy them! I love steamed OR fried, so I'll have to try them all!

  11. I love love love me some dumplings! I have always put water in the pan and steamed them out. The hubby loves the crispy side. So so good!

  12. Claire is living my dream. If my husband cooked something more than a can of beans, I would know the spores had taken him over.

  13. Lots of good basic advice. The "UFO" steamer is a real cheap device and can be found in dollar stores. No chopsticks to steam upon? Try skewers. Also, tongs can be used foe the turning and serving. I can't believe the high number of dislikes.

  14. I put a pan on the stove, just enough water to cover the bottom, add a bit of oil in the center, then put the frozen dumplings into the pain, first into the oil, then sliding them into the water off to the sides. I then cover and steam it until the water is almost gone; this un-freezes and cooks the dumpling. Taking the lid off, I then loosen the dumplings and fry & flip them until the water has completely evaporated and the wrapping is golden brown.

  15. My ex wife had a non traditional way of making me potstickers . get a sauce pan put oil enough to cover half the dumplings cook until crispy . serve with soy sauce and chili sauce mixed with butter .

  16. "steamer looks like UFO" …. literally my entire childhood opening and closing that thing with lego guys getting abducted.

  17. Now I know the trick, I can impress my family…no need to order out expensive dumplings from my neighborhood asian resto. Thanks for the great info! New friend here from Texas, USA 🇺🇸.

  18. So we did the next to last method (fried). They turned out fantastic!! I was a little iffy on whether the water was boiled off or not and kept checking and pulled them a little early, but now I know better! You guys are awesome! Thank you!
