37. Hot pot is my favorite! I saw in some of your recent videos that u know my nephew Leon! I was just out in Atlanta visiting him and I made them a huge hot pot feast! Try using Chinese bull bbq sauce and add some lime, garlic, hosin sauce and siracha and sugar, you’ll love it! Also thinly shaved pork and beef slices are perfect for hotpot! The cube you’re using is sechuan spice, next time use the little sheep mushroom pack its less spice if you’re not use to the numbing from the spice.
