Today I’m going to show you guys how to make Chinese-style creamy coconut shrimp. I don’t know about you guys, but when I go to a buffet the first thing I put on my plate is the creamy coconut shrimp. It is one of my favorites. 2 lbs. jumbo shrimp
1 box tempura batter
coconut sauce
1/2 cup coconut milk
2 tbs. mayonnaise
2 tbs. heavy cream
2 tbs. evaporated milk
2 tbs. condensed milk (add more if you want it sweeter)
1 tbs. cornstarch
Mix together and cook on medium heat until thick. If it gets to thick you can just add some more coconut milk or evaporated milk.

  4. Do you use canned coconut cream or coconut milk bc when your pouring it in the bowl you say coconut cream but in the intro you show coconut milk. This looks delicious btw I'm going to save this video and try it soon!
