Chinese Tricolor Dumplings Recipe

Tricolor dough:
1.5 cup of all purpose flour
1 cup of vegetable juice (I used carrot, spinach and purple cabbage in this video)
1 lb ground beef
1 small green cabbage, chopped (marinate the cabbage first with salt, then squeeze out the excess water)
2 cups of cilantro, chopped
1 small piece of ginger, finely chopped
3 tbsp of soy sauce
2 tbsp of sesame oil
1 tbsp of salt
1 egg
