I'm thinking a better English translation is meat pie? Or pork pie? Cake in English usually considered sweet. But beautiful in any language! I would love to try these! We're the fried shallots and the fried pork skins used in the recipe? I didn't see them added in but I may have missed something. Looks yummy!
