Chinese Pork & Asparagus Stir Fry (Asian Style Cooking Recipe)

Welcome to my Asian kitchen. My name is Xiao Wei and my goal is to make your cooking simple and exciting. Ever since my Mother showed me how to cook at an early age, I have always had a strong passion for cooking. My family still live in Inner Mongolia in the northern part of China, where I visit each year and learn new Chinese recipes.

250g Asparagus
100g Pork Fillet
3 Cloves Garlic
5g Ginger
1 Tbsp Cooking Wine
1 Tsp Sesame Oil
Salt to Taste

1. Finely chop the garlic & ginger
2. Cut the asparagus into 1 inch pieces
3. Thinly slice the pork
4. Place the pork in a bowl
5. Add apinch of salt & the cooking wine
6. Then mix well and leave to marinate for 10 minutes
7. Heat 1 Tbsp oil in the wok
8. Add the garlic & ginger, then fry for few seconds
9. Add the pork & stir fry for 3 to 5 minutes on high heat
10. Add the asparagus, stir fry for 2 minutes
11. Add a pinch of salt & stir fry for few seconds
12. Add sesame oil & stir
13. Transfer to a dish, serve & enjoy
