Chinese Hoisin Pork Fillet Stir-Fry (Chinese Style Cooking Recipe)

Welcome to Xiao’s Kitchen. My name is Xiao Wei, ever since my Mother taught me how to cook at an early age, I have always had a strong passion for Cooking. My family still live in Inner Mongolia in the northern part of China, where I visit each year and pick-up new Asian/Chinese recipes.

250g pork fillet
50g Green Pepper
50g Red Pepper
50g Onion
2 Cloves Garlic
5g Ginger
50g Hoisin Sauce
2g Chicken Granules
2g Sugar
1 Tsp Cooking Wine
Salt to Taste

1. Thinly slice the garlic and ginger
2. Thinly slice the onion and pepper
3. Thinly slice the pork
4. Heat 1 Tbsp of oil in a wok
5. Add garlic, ginger and onion, stir fry for few seconds
6. Add the pork and stir-fry for 3 minutes
7. Add the peppers & stir-fry for a minute
8. Add hoisin sauce and 20ml of water, stir-fry for 20 seconds
9. Add sugar, chicken granules, salt to taste and stir
10. Pour in the cooking wine and stir. Transfer to a dish and serve
