Chicken Momos Recipe | Steamed Momos | Chicken Dumplings | Chicken Dim Sum | Epic Bong Kitchen | Dumpling Sauce

In this video I have shared with you step by step how to make chicken momo. I have also shared momos red chutny / hot sauce / dipping and 4 different types of designs. Different countries has different names . Like – momo, dumpling, wonton, potstickers, dim sum etc. It has so many names. You can make it with vegetables , chicken , pork, shrimp whatever you like. Ingredients for wrappers:-
All purpose flour( Mayda ) – 1 cup / 240 gms
Olive oil – 1 tsp
Salt – 1/4 tsp
Water as required
Ingredients for filling:-
Ground chicken ( Mince ) – 150 gms
Green onion with onion bulbs ( Hari piaj ) – 1 tbsp
Grated ginger – 1/2 tsp
Grated garlic – 1/2 tsp
Finally chopped green chili’s ( Hari mirch ) – 2
Black pepper – about 1/2 tsp
Soya sauce – 1 tsp
Salt – 1/4 tsp ( as per taste )
Olive oil – 1/2 tsp
Ingredients for red chutney / hot sauce / dipping:-
Large size tomato – 1
Spicy red chili ( Lal mirch ) – 8/9 pcs
Finally chopped celery – 1/2 tsp
Finally chopped ginger ( Adrak ) – 1/2 tsp
Finally chopped garlic cloves ( Lasoon ) – 4
Green onion bulbs / Hara onion – 1/2 tsp
Olive oil – 1 tbsp
Soya sauce – 1 tsp
Vinegar – 1 tsp
Tomato sauce – 1 tsp
Salt – 1 tsp ( as per taste )
Sugar – 1/2 tsp
