  3. I usually Spice oriental food up with chili. Genuine Asian chili is hard to get in Denmark but try to emperiment with your own blend.

  4. It tastes a lot better and more like restaurant lo mein if dark meat chicken like thighs is used instead of breasts. Also cabbage and onions and scallions, the rest is personal preference.
