What do you think?

  1. I made a few silly mistakes when doing this, used black pepper, used saucepan, didn't use premade noodles so they stole all my water but in general this was really good, can't wait to make it correctly next time

  2. Looks like it would be tasteless.. No chicken stock at all jst water with some soy sauce. No thanks

  3. What the hell, that's how they make chicken noodle soup at chinese takeaways ?
It doesn't look right, I thought normally they place whole chickens into a pot of water and boil the shit out of it to make chicken stock and once they have that base chicken stock then they throw the noodles in to it and season the chicken stock or "Chicken Soup" with salt and pepper plus soy sauce etc.
Your "Chicken Stock" is basically water seasoned with soy sauce plus salt and pepper, I can't imagine that it would taste anything like chinese takeaway chicken noodle soup.

  4. Not a good idea to re-fill the water after cooking chicken , use the same water it would be with chicken flavour already!

  5. This is by far the most delicious chicken noodle soup I have made it. I made this soup before, but this recipe is just like the restaurant style. I made it and it came out amazing. Thank you so much for the video. Keep up the good work. If you can upload a video for ‘ chicken with garlic sauce ‘, that would be great. And also some authentic Chinese recipe that would be great. I appreciate yr work. 👍👍👍
