Dough:
2.5 cups all purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup water

Filling:
300g Minced Beef
1 bunch of celery
1/2 cup of dried mushroom
3 green onions
1 piece of ginger
4 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tsp salt
black pepper
