Here in Jacksonville, FL, we have a conveyor belt hot pot and bbq on beach blvd that has the conveyor belt running under the counter with magnets pulling the plates around above the counter, so it looks like the plates are just gliding down the counter like magic because you can't see the actual belt. It feels a little Harry Potter to me. It's good Hot Pot, too.

9. So I went to a hot pot in Florida and I felt so lost lol. I had no idea what I was doing and I thought, "I wonder if Mike had tried the hot pot here when he visited?" And now I'm here.
   Rice cakes were my favorite to put in my hot pot. I wouldn't mind trying it again though, food was good.

10. Totally legit! Have 2 Misen knives, they offer free lifetime sharpening, but it takes several weeks for shipping back and forth, plus sharpening time. With 2 knives I always have a knife to use. I also have Shun, Cutco, and Miyabi (fav) knives. Misen is a solid knife, but one I am not afraid to let a beginner use. I keep a Misen in my knife roll to show, you don't always need to spend big bucks to get a decent knife.

19. I can't believe you came to Orlando ?and I missed you! Definitely should check out DOMU, Pho 88, Hawkers, Soupa Saiyan, etc. the next time you come by. There's other places but check those out on your next visit.

39. Wow! I've been to that Top Top Hot Pot restaurant several times. I LIVE 5 MINUTES UP THE ROAD FROM THERE! AND I MISSED MIKEY CHEN!!! COME BACK TO ORLANDO!!!
