I love Shabu Shabu, I love All You Can Eat & BUFFET, I love Waygu beef, and what’s better than all the them? All you can eat Shabu Shabu with M7 Waygu beef!!!

Australian waygu is not the same as Japanese waygu but it’s still very very tasty.

I tried 2 differet broths: traditional shabu shabu broth and bonito fish and seaweed broth.

This place has a nice buffet area where you can pick out whatever you want to eat, but of course I went there for the Waygu beef. They had 7 different cuts of Waygu, with MBS grade ranging from M5 to M7.

My favorite was actually not the M7 waygu but the Waygu beef shank. It’s got a very unique texture to it. But of course the M7 beef belly and shoulder blade were very very tasty and had nice marbling to it.

I also built a gigantic meat pyramid this time and that was extremely satisfying.

For desserts, the ice creams were refreshing and creamy. But not enough variety.

Best of all, this meal only cost 138 CNY including tax and tip. Super affordable!
China is really a paradise for all you can eat and buffet lovers!
