  1. 很多人问时间,我做过类似的罐头,稍微说下我的经验。瓶子、盖子、漏斗进洗碗机高温洗一次,最好肉做好了,瓶子也洗完了。用漏斗装瓶,盖盖。放凉,检查瓶盖,确保密封。常温放半年没问题。更长没试过,因为吃完了。个人觉得罐头毕竟是罐头,红烧肉还是现做的好吃,可能应为没好方子。准备试试老师傅的。
